Refund Policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

*We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse*

*We do not offer returns, refunds on size exchanges, please be sure about choosing the correct size on placing order.* you would need to place a new order at your expense.

Wrong Address - If customer provide an address that is considered insufficient or wrong by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Returns / Refunds Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All claims for damage, errors, or shortages of the merchandise delivered must be made within 48 hours from delivery of the merchandise. Use the Contact Us form on the website to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. Write up your problem in detail and upload relevant photos where possible.

Be aware that Pilothangout.com may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn ,unused unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at  customerservice@pilothangout.com  If your return is accepted,  instructions on how and where to send your package will be emailed to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Outbound shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return freight charges.

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, wrong size orders.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
